Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 22 September 2026
Welcome to DECIMART. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to www.decimart.com and purchases made from DECIMART through our website, physical outlet, social-media pages or other authorised sales channels.
By using our website, creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
1. About DECIMART
DECIMART is a technology retailer offering laptops, desktop computers, computer accessories, components, peripherals and electronic gadgets in Bangladesh.
Business name: DECIMART
Legal proprietor/company: DECIMART
Address: R R House, House 34, Road 1, Block A, Banasree, Dhaka, Bangladesh
Phone: 01354-313505
Email: contact@decimart.com
Website: www.decimart.com
2. Customer Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under the laws of Bangladesh to place an order independently.
Customers under 18 years of age may use the website or purchase products only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate contact, payment and delivery information.
3. Product Information
DECIMART makes reasonable efforts to display accurate product descriptions, photographs, specifications, prices, availability and warranty information.
Actual colours, packaging or minor product details may vary because of screen settings, manufacturer updates or production batches. Manufacturer specifications may also change without prior notice.
If a material error is found in a product description, specification, price or availability, DECIMART will contact the customer before processing the order. The customer may accept the corrected information or cancel the affected order.
4. Prices and Taxes
All prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without prior notice. However, a price change will not normally affect an order already accepted by DECIMART, except where the original price resulted from an obvious technical or typographical error.
Applicable VAT, taxes, delivery charges, payment-processing charges or installation fees will be shown where required.
Promotional prices remain valid only during the published campaign period and while stocks last.
5. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order does not automatically mean that DECIMART has accepted it.
DECIMART may contact the customer to verify the order, payment information, delivery address and product availability. An order is accepted when DECIMART confirms it for processing or dispatch.
DECIMART may refuse or cancel an order when:
- The product is unavailable;
- The listed price or specification contains an obvious error;
- Payment cannot be verified;
- The order appears fraudulent or unauthorised;
- The delivery location is outside our service area;
- The customer provides incomplete or incorrect information; or
- Processing the order would violate applicable law.
If DECIMART cancels a prepaid order, the amount received for the cancelled item will be refunded through an appropriate payment method.
6. Payment
Available payment methods may include cash on delivery, bank transfer, mobile financial services, cards, payment gateways or other methods displayed during checkout.
Customers must use a payment method they are legally authorised to use.
Some high-value, customised, imported, pre-order or special-order products may require full or partial advance payment. The applicable payment and delivery conditions will be communicated before confirmation.
DECIMART will never request a customer’s card PIN, mobile-banking PIN, password or one-time password through an unauthorised channel.
7. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery may be affected by product availability, destination, courier operations, public holidays, weather, political disruption or other circumstances beyond DECIMART’s reasonable control.
Customers must provide a complete delivery address and an active telephone number.
Customers should inspect the package at delivery whenever possible. A visibly damaged, opened or tampered parcel should not be accepted without recording the issue with the delivery representative and contacting DECIMART immediately.
Risk of loss or physical damage passes to the customer after successful delivery to the customer or their authorised recipient.
8. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order is dispatched. Cancellation cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch has started.
Custom-built, specially configured, activated, imported-on-request or pre-order products may not be cancellable after procurement or processing begins.
If a prepaid order is cancelled and qualifies for a refund, DECIMART will process the refundable amount through an appropriate payment method.
Repeated unjustified refusal of cash-on-delivery orders may result in restrictions on future cash-on-delivery purchases.
9. Returns, Replacements and Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by DECIMART’s published Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
A product may qualify for return or replacement if:
- An incorrect product was delivered;
- The product was damaged before delivery;
- An advertised item or accessory is missing;
- The product materially differs from its confirmed description; or
- A manufacturing defect is identified and verified.
Returned products should include their original packaging, accessories, manuals, warranty documents, promotional gifts and purchase invoice.
Opened or activated laptops, computers, software, licence keys, custom-built products and special-order items are not normally eligible for change-of-mind returns. This restriction does not affect mandatory remedies for defective, damaged, incorrect or misrepresented products.
Approved refunds will normally be initiated within 7–10 business days. Additional processing time may be required by banks, payment gateways or mobile financial-service providers.
10. Product Warranty
Warranty coverage varies by product, manufacturer, distributor, importer and seller. The applicable warranty type and period will be stated on the product page, invoice, warranty card or sales confirmation.
Warranty service may be provided by:
- The manufacturer;
- An authorised distributor or service centre;
- The importer; or
- DECIMART under a seller warranty.
Customers must preserve the purchase invoice, warranty card and product serial number.
Warranty coverage generally does not include:
- Accidental or liquid damage;
- Damage caused by misuse or negligence;
- Electrical damage caused by unsuitable voltage or power surges;
- Unauthorised repair or modification;
- Damage caused by malware or unsupported software;
- Normal wear and tear;
- Cosmetic damage that does not affect operation; or
- Removed or altered serial-number and warranty labels.
Warranty service may involve inspection, repair, parts replacement, product replacement or another remedy under the applicable warranty. A warranty claim does not automatically guarantee an immediate refund or replacement.
11. Software and Customer Data
Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting any laptop, computer, storage device or electronic product for inspection, repair, return or warranty service.
Inspection, repair, reset or replacement may erase stored information. DECIMART is not responsible for data loss, corrupted files, software settings or account access except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
Customers must use properly licensed software. DECIMART does not support or encourage pirated or illegally activated software.
12. Website Accounts and Security
Customers are responsible for protecting their account credentials and for activities performed through their accounts.
You must not:
- Attempt unauthorised access to the website or another account;
- Interfere with website security or operation;
- Upload malware or harmful code;
- Submit false or fraudulent information;
- Copy website content through unauthorised automated methods; or
- Use the website for unlawful purposes.
DECIMART may suspend or terminate access when these Terms are violated or when necessary to protect customers, DECIMART or third parties.
13. Reviews and Customer Content
Customers may submit genuine ratings, reviews and comments based on their actual experience.
Submitted content must not be false, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, obscene, fraudulent, unlawful or infringe another person’s rights.
DECIMART may remove content that violates these requirements. A genuine negative review will not be removed merely because it is critical.
14. Intellectual Property
The DECIMART name, logo, website design, graphics, photographs, text and other original content are owned by or licensed to DECIMART and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, republish or commercially exploit this content without prior written permission.
Third-party trademarks, brand names and product images belong to their respective owners.
15. Privacy
DECIMART may collect and process information required to:
- Operate the website;
- Verify and fulfil orders;
- Process payments;
- Deliver products;
- Provide customer support;
- Prevent fraud; and
- Comply with legal obligations.
Information may be shared with payment providers, couriers, authorised service centres, technology providers or government authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required.
Additional information should be provided in DECIMART’s separate Privacy Policy.
16. Third-Party Services
The website may contain links to payment gateways, courier services, manufacturers, social-media platforms or other third-party services.
DECIMART does not control these independent services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security or privacy practices.
Use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and policies.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladesh law, DECIMART will not be responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from website use, delivery delays, product downtime, data loss or lost business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory rights relating to defective products, misleading descriptions or unfair business practices.
18. Force Majeure
DECIMART will not be responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, fires, epidemics, transport disruption, strikes, political unrest, internet or power failures, import delays, government restrictions or courier interruptions.
DECIMART will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and complete, reschedule or cancel affected orders as appropriate.
19. Complaints and Disputes
Customers should first contact DECIMART so that we can attempt to resolve the issue promptly.

20. Changes to These Terms
DECIMART may update these Terms to reflect changes in its products, services, operations or applicable laws.
The updated version will be published on www.decimart.com with a revised effective date. Changes will not unfairly remove rights already accrued under an accepted order.
21. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
22. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the confirmed order, product description, Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Warranty Policy and applicable promotional conditions, constitute the agreement between the customer and DECIMART concerning the relevant purchase and use of the website.
